Zvani Refund Policy

Zvani (“we”, “our”, “us”) is an AI voice and messaging platform owned and operated by QBRAIN TECHNOLOGIES LLP, a registered Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) in India. You may contact us at support@zvaniai.com.

Effective Date: May 7, 2026

Zvani is offered through subscription plans and usage-based pricing (per minute, per call, per conversation, or per message). This policy describes when and how refunds may be issued for fees you have paid.

1. Digital Nature of the Service

Zvani is a digital service delivered over the internet. Once a subscription period begins, voice minutes are consumed, or messages are sent, the corresponding services are considered delivered and are non-refundable.

2. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you keep access through the period you have paid for, and we do not charge for the next renewal.

Subscription fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable, except where required by law or as set out in Section 3.

3. Exceptional Refunds

Refunds may be granted at our discretion for:

  • Duplicate or accidental purchases — if you were charged twice or made a clearly accidental purchase, contact us within 7 days.
  • Failed transactions — if your payment was deducted but the corresponding subscription / credit was not provisioned, we will reconcile and credit your account or refund automatically within 5 business days.
  • Material service unavailability — if Zvani fails to deliver the contracted Service due to a sustained outage attributable to us (subject to any written SLA), pro-rata service credits may be issued.

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the original charge, before any usage has been consumed under that charge.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, email billing@zvaniai.com with:

  • Payment reference / invoice number
  • The email address used on your Zvani account
  • Reason for the refund

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Bank settlement times vary.

5. No Refunds for Consumed Usage

Voice minutes, calls, messages, conversations, or any other metered usage that has already been consumed (in whole or in part) is not refundable. Carrier and platform pass-through fees (Twilio, Meta, SIP termination, AI provider charges) are not refundable once incurred.

6. Trials and Promotional Credits

Free trials, promotional credits, and discounts have no cash value, are non-transferable, and expire as stated at the time of issue. Unused promotional balance is forfeited on expiry or on account termination.

7. Annual / Custom Plans

Annual plans, enterprise contracts, and custom commitments are governed by the specific written agreement signed at the time of purchase. Where that agreement is silent, this Refund Policy applies.
