Whatever privacy law applies to you — the US CCPA, the EU/UK GDPR, India’s DPDP Act, or another regime — you can access, correct, or delete your data, withdraw consent, or raise a complaint. What to include
To help us respond quickly and verify your identity, please include:
- Your full name and the email on your Zvani account (or, for caller-side requests, the phone number you called from and the business you called).
- Your country or region, so we apply the right law.
- A clear description of the request or complaint.
- Any reference numbers or prior correspondence with Zvani.
How we handle it
- We acknowledge receipt within 48 hours.
- We verify your identity using the contact details on file. For caller-side requests we may route through the relevant Zvani business customer, since they are the controller for that interaction.
- We action the request, coordinate with sub-processors where required, and respond within 30 days.
- We keep a record of the request and response for audit.

United States — CCPA / CPRA
California residents can request to know, access, delete, and correct their personal information, and opt out of any “sale” or “sharing.” We do not sell personal information. Submit a request to privacy@zvaniai.com — we honour equivalent rights for residents of other US states with applicable privacy laws.
Europe — GDPR (EU & UK)
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your data, and to object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection supervisory authority. An EU representative will be designated as we enter the EU market.
India — DPDP Act, 2023
Under §8(9) of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, we have appointed a Grievance Officer. If we cannot resolve your request, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India once operational (details published by MeitY).
Middle East — UAE & KSA PDPL
We support access, correction, deletion, and objection rights under the UAE and Saudi (KSA) Personal Data Protection Laws. Arabic-language notices and a regional point of contact are designated as we enter Middle East markets.
